全反式维甲酸(ATRA)是维生素A的主要活性体,能够诱导如细胞分化、增殖等基本生命活动.目前,ATRA在白血病、肝癌、肺癌、神经胶质瘤、神经纤维素瘤、膀胱癌、皮肤癌等癌症应用中可以有效地抑制癌细胞增殖和向远处扩散.ATRA也被证实可以与激酶抑制剂、酶抑制剂、天然化合物及传统化疗药物等联合使用,降低癌细胞的耐药性,改善单一用药治疗效果等,还可以降低患者的治疗成本.综述了2000年以来ATRA在癌症治疗中与其他药物联用的研究及部分机制,从而为ATRA在癌症治疗中的应用提供思路和依据. |

Abstract: |
All-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) is the main active agent of vitamin A,which can induce cell differentiation,proliferation and other basic life activities.At present,ATRA is used in leukemia,liver cancer,lung cancer,glioma,cellulose tumor,bladder cancer,skin cancer and other cancers,and found to be effective in inhibiting the proliferation and spread of cancer cells. ATRA in combination with kinase inhibitors,enzyme inhibitors,natural compounds,and traditional chemotherapy drugs has also been shown to reduce drug resistance in cancer cells,improve monotherapy,and reduce patient treatment costs. In this paper,we reviewed the research and some mechanisms of the combination of ATRA and other drugs in cancer treatment since 2000,so as to provide ideas and accordance for the application of ATRA in cancer treatment. |
