硅和锂的物质的量之比对二硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷组织结构和抗弯强度的影响

摘要:
采用溶胶-凝胶法(sol-gel)和常压烧结工艺制备了用于牙科修复的二硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷(LDGC),研究了原料配比中硅(Si)和锂(Li)的物质的量之比(M)及温度对LDGC物相成分、显微结构和力学性能的影响.结果表明:M越高,煅烧温度越高,越有利于二硅酸锂(Li2Si2O5)相的形成.850 ℃烧结,M为1.54的LDGC抗弯强度可达168.6 MPa,孔隙率仅为0.3%.同时,也讨论了溶胶-凝胶法制备LDGC相较于传统熔融法的优势与不足,所制备的高强度LDGC在牙科修复领域具有广阔的发展前景.

Effect of the amount ratio of silicon to lithium on the microstructure and flexural strength of lithium disilicate glass ceramics

Abstract:
Lithium disilicate glass ceramics(LDGC)for dental restorations was prepared by sol-gel method and atmospheric pressure sintering process. The effects of the material amount ratio (M) of silicon(Si) to lithium(Li) in the raw materials and temperature on the phase composition, microstructure, and mechanical properties of LDGC were investigated. The results show that the higher M and calcination temperature result in more lithium disilicate(Li2Si2O5) phase. The flexural strength of LDGC sintered at 850 ℃ with M of 1.54 can reach up to 168.6 MPa and its porosity is only 0.3%. Also, the advantages and disadvantages of LDGC prepared by sol-gel method compared with traditional melting method were discussed. The as-prepared high-strength LDGC has a potential application prospect in the field of dental restorations.
