以N-甲基吡咯烷酮为电子供体的反硝化

摘要:
含氮杂环化合物N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)是新能源生产领域中常用的一种良好的工业溶剂.由于NMP在生产过程中所产生的废水具有较好的可生化性,因此NMP作为电子供体可用于反硝化反应.NMP是含氮杂环化合物,理论分析表明:当其用作电子供体进行反硝化反应时,有79%的电子可供外源硝酸盐的还原.实验结果也表明:NMP作为电子供体进行反硝化时,与葡萄糖具有同样的效果.该项研究成果对于NMP生产废水的综合利用具有重要的理论和现实意义.

Abstract:
N-methyl pyrrolidone(NMP),a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound,is widely used as a solvent in new energy technologies. In this work,NMP was used as an electron donor for denitrification because of its good biodegradability. Theoretical analysis showed that 79% of the electron equivalent generated from NMP can be used for reduction of exogenous nitrate. Experimental results documented that NMP functions similarly to glucose as an electron donor for denitrification. The results are of theoretical and practical significant for the utilization of wastewater containing NMP.
