简要介绍了葡萄糖氧化酶(GOx)在癌症治疗研究中的单一疗法(包括饥饿疗法(ST)、氧化疗法)、双模态疗法(包括协同化学疗法(CT)、化学动力学疗法(CDT)、声动力学疗法(SDT)、光动力学疗法(PDT)、光热疗法(PTT)、气体疗法、放射疗法),以及GOx介导的多模态联合疗法(协同免疫疗法/CDT/PTT/SDT),系统地阐述了GOx介导的相关癌症治疗研究的进展和最新动态. |

This article briefly introduces the application of glucose oxidase(GOx) in cancer treatment research, including monotherapy(starvation therapy(ST), oxidation therapy), bimodal therapy(synergistic chemotherapy(CT), chemical dynamic therapy(CDT), sonodynamic therapy(SDT), photodynamic therapy(PDT), photothermal therapy(PTT), gas therapy, radiotherapy), and GOx-mediated multimodal combination therapy(synergistic immunotherapy/CDT/PTT/SDT). This paper systematically reviews the research progress and latest developments of GOx-mediated cancer therapy. |
