| 农产品质量安全投诉举报制度拓展了公众参与农产品质量安全治理的渠道，有助于构建社会共治的农产品质量安全监管工作格局.该文在梳理国内食品投诉举报制度发展现状的基础上，总结了国内目前食品投诉举报制度遇到的现实困境和主要问题，可对构建农产品质量安全投诉举报制度起到借鉴和启示作用，并最终形成5点建议. |

| The construction of agricultural product quality and safety complaint reporting system could expand channels for the public to participate in the management of the quality and safety of agricultural products and contribute to the construction of social co-governance patterns of agricultural products.Based on the analysis of current status of food complaint reporting system in China,this study summarized the realistic dilemmas and major problems of domestic food complaint reporting system and proposed five suggestions which could be used for reference and enlightening to construct the complaint reporting system of agricultural product. |
