| 研究了不同浓度的富硒绿茶对高盐饮食诱导下8周龄Wistar大鼠高血压的预防作用.结果表明：饮用茶水提物8周后，低、高剂量组分别降低大鼠收缩压1.20 kPa和2.80 kPa；茶水提物降低了血清中α-羟基丁酸脱氢酶和乳酸脱氢酶的含量，苏木精-伊红（HE）染色切片观察心脏、肾脏组织形态，显示低、高剂量组均可以改善大鼠心肌细胞肥大、组织紊乱，及肾小管结构损伤等问题，且高剂量组效果更加显著.可以进一步开发富硒绿茶相应的功能性食品来发挥其保健效果. |

| To study the effect of different concentrations of selenium enriched green tea on hypertension induced by high salt diet in 8-week-old Wistar rats.The results showed that:after drinking tea water extract for 8 weeks,the systolic blood pressure on rats was decreased by 1.20 kPa and 2.80 kPa at low and high doses,respectively.The contents of α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase and lactate dehydrogenase in serum were decreased by tea extract.The histological morphological characteristics of heart and kidney were observed by hematoxylin eosin (HE) staining.The results showed that the low-dose and high-dose groups could improve myocardial hypertrophy,tissue disorder and renal tubular structure damage,and the effect of high-dose group was more significant.Conclusion:Se enriched green tea can effectively alleviate the increase of blood pressure and improve the tissue structure damage of heart and kidney in rats fed with high salt diet.We can further to develop the corresponding functional food to play its health effect. |
