| Based on cumulative exposure model, this paper discusses the failure mode of cyclic progressive stress accelerated life testing for Lomax distribution, and discusses the estimation method of parameter by the maximum likelihood estimation and liner egression method. In the end, we produce samples by the Monte-Carlo method, and calculate the estimations of parameters. |
