| 摘要: |
| 设计了一种高尔夫赛事运营管理系统，自动计算各种赛前筹备活动的开工及完工日期.使用该系统后，相比于传统的管理工具及软件系统，赛前会议、任务发布等比赛筹备阶段中的管理工作效率提升了近40%.并且在这一阶段中经常发生工作拖延、遗漏等计划外事件的比例也降至平均每场5%以内.该系统对于企业降低管理成本、提高工作效率也有所帮助. |

| In this paper,an operation management system for golf tournament is designed to calculate the beginning and finishing dates of the preparation automatically.The efficiency of management work during preparatory period,such as meetings before match and task announcement,is raised by nearly 40% after using our system than using traditional management tools or other software systems.And the probability of occurrence of delay and omission of work are controlled within 5%.It is proved to be helpful for reducing management costs and improving efficiency of tournament management company. |
