Abstract: |
Adopt a microorganism and pathogenic bacteria examination technique to carry on an examination towards the environment and sanitation condition of the classroom.Examine the bacterial colony, coliform group and pathogenic bacteria, these three microorganism index signs in teaching environment and facilities.Use flat band method to examine the sanitation in the air;use cotton swab sampling method to examine the coli group and pathogenic bacteria.According to the results of examination, find out the variety trend of the dynamic state of environment and pollution of the environment condition, establish the reasonable disinfection method and procedure aimed at different microoganismses.Through testing,we confirm that the air quality is good in September and October. The average of total numbers of colony is less than 10.The average of total numbers of colony of the used teaching facilities is greater than the number of before use.The average of total numbers of colony detected in September is greater than detected in October. The range of total numbers of colony detected in desks is from 80 to 120.The range of total numbers of colony detected in handlebars is from 10 to 50.The range of total numbers of colony detected in teaching tools is from 40 to 80.The detection results of coli group and salmonella is negative. |
