浅议临近保护建筑物端头井盾构进出洞口土体加固方案和工法的选择

摘要:
以10号线隧道工程端头井盾构进出洞口土体加固为背景,通过对不同加固方案:深层水泥土搅拌法(二轴搅拌桩机、三轴搅拌桩机)、高压旋喷桩(两重管、三重管)、SMW工法、冷冻法的对比分析,说明了各个加固方案的优缺点及适用范围,从中选择最适合该项目的加固方案.在分析对比的过程中,着重说明在追求加固效果的同时更应该关注对于不同工程情况的适用情况.

Discussion on the choice of end well shield reinforcement scheme near protective building

Abstract:
This paper is based on the case of soil reinforcement of the No. 10 line tunnel's end well shield of entrance and exit. By virtue of comparing different schemes of the end well reinforcement, namely the method of mixing the deep cement (two axial mixing pile machine, three axial mixing pile machine), high pressure jet grouting pile (double tube, triple tube), SMW method, freezing method etc., the advantages and disadvantages of various reinforcement schemes and the scope of their applications are illustrated, and therefore the most appropriate strengthening case for the project will be selected . These comparative analyses show that we should focus on the application of the different engineering conditions more than pursuing the strengthening effect.
