提出一种基于多项式展开的扩散张量图像快速配准方法.采用拉普拉斯算子提取经图像增强处理的各向异性测度图像的边缘特征点,给出一种图像变换模型,利用边缘特征点来定义图像的特征,并以此校正图像的方向.利用基于多项式展开的配准模型,对已经经过方向校正的各向异性测度图像进行全局像素点稠密配准.实验结果表明该方法有效地提高了配准效率和配准精度. |

Abstract: |
An improved fast registration algorithm of diffusion tensor images is proposed based on polynomial expansion. The edge feature points of an enhanced image of anisotropy measure are extracted by Laplacian operator. An image transformation model is given, in which the characteristics of the image are defined by the edge feature points and the direction of the tensor image is corrected therewith. By use of the registration model based on polynomial expansion, a global dense registration of pixel points is done for the image of anisotropy measure, the direction of which has already been corrected. The experimental results show that the method can effectively improve the registration efficiency and registration accuracy. |
