      体育与健康教育是实现青少年儿童全面发展的重要途径。单元设计作为学科核 心素养培育的重要载体,如何在体育学科中实现?基于此问,该研究提出,指向体育学科核心 素养的单元设计具有整合性、真实性、实践性等特征,应坚持学习中心、教学评一致性、深度学 习的基本理念,依循“看、对、定、命”四大步骤,从学习的主题、目标、任务、评价、支持、作业以及 学后反思等要素展开设计,并通过实践案例阐明了教育理念的实践转化。

      Physical and health education is an important way to realize the all-round development of adolescents,and unit learning design is its significant carrier for the cultivation of subject core competencies. Then how can it be realized in physical education? For this question,this study proposes that the unit learning design based on the core competencies of physical educa? tion should have the characteristics of integration,authenticity,and practicality;that the basic concepts of the focus on learning, the consistency of teaching,learning and evaluation,and deep learning should be adhered to;that unit learning design should be implemented from the aspects of learning theme,objective,task,evaluation,support,homework,and post-lesson reflection; and that the practical transformation of educational concepts should be illustrated through practical cases.
