      研究构建了符合我国教育发展现状的全球素养框架,并对高中所有学科的课程标 准进行编码分析,以了解我国新课程标准指向全球素养的内容设置,为挖掘课标中全球素养教 育资源、推进教学实践提供建议。在目标导向上,新课标着重于知识的解释和比较,培养语言 表达和多视角理解能力,形成文化归属与自信。在主题维度上,新课标关注可持续发展与国家 安全问题,习俗、思想等深层次的全球文化以及全球发展合作中的文化传播。在未来的课程实 践中,可以强化具有价值导向的全球素养多维目标,选择更具时代性、在地化的全球主题内容, 并发挥各门学科培养全球素养的独特价值和协同作用。
英文摘要:
      This study has constructed a global competence framework in accordance with the current situation of education development in our country and made a code analysis of all the curriculum standards of high school subjects to understand how to set the content of our new curriculum standards pointing to global competence and to provide suggestions for exploring the educa? tional resources of global competence in the curriculum standards and promoting teaching practices. In terms of goal orientation, the curriculum standards focus on the interpretation and comparison of knowledge,the development of language expression and multi-perspective comprehension,and the formation of cultural belonging and self-confidence. In terms of thematic dimensions, the new curriculum standards pay particular attention to sustainable development and national security,deep-rooted global cul? tures such as customs and ideas,and cultural transmission in global development cooperation. In future curriculum practice,we can strengthen value-oriented multi-dimensional goals of global competence,select more contemporary and localized global the? matic content,and show the unique value and synergy of each subject in cultivating global competence.
