      劳动教育是基于人、培养人、发展人的教育,劳动教育课程作为劳动教育的重要载 体,具有独特的育人价值和协同功能。建构劳动教育课程评价指标体系是全面推进劳动教育 课程改革与落实“五育融合”政策的前提。基于 CIPP 评价模型的劳动教育课程评价具有多元 评价指标取向与改进式课程发展的优势。文章采用文献研究法、头脑风暴法、德尔菲法和层次 分析法等方法,提出劳动教育课程评价指标体系建构的理念、方法、原则与内容,并基于此建构 “背景评价、输入评价、过程评价、成果评价”4 个一级指标、25 个二级指标和 40 个三级指标的 劳动教育课程评价指标体系,以此推动劳动教育课程的顺利实施。

      Constructing the evaluation index system of labor education curriculum is the premise of comprehensively promot? ing the reform of labor education curriculum and implementing the policy of“integration of five domains of education”. The labor education curriculum evaluation based on CIPP evaluation model has multiple evaluation index orientation and the advantage of improved curriculum development. Based on CIPP evaluation model,this research has adopted literary research method,brain? storming,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to put forward the concept,method,principle and content of constructing the evaluation index system of labor education curriculum. Based on this,the index system for labor education curriculum evalua? tion has been constructed with a total of 4 first-level indicators(namely,background evaluation,input evaluation,process evalu? ation and achievement evaluation),25 second-level indicators and 40 three-level indicators for the smooth implementation of la? bor education curriculum.
