      Morality and rule of law in primary schools takes the“big unit”proposed by the new curriculum plan as the basic unit of key competency cultivation and actively builds a new key-competency-oriented teaching style. Through the precise posi? tioning of the goals of key competencies，the structured content integration，the advanced implementation paths，and continuous comprehensive evaluation，the careful design and systematic organization of large unit teaching will promote the continuous devel? opment of students’key competency cultivation.
