      文章以上海某师范院校的小学教育专业的 440 名在校学生为研究对象,开展非实 验性相关研究,探索小学教育专业师范生课堂参与度与学生创新能力的关系。研究发现:小学 教育专业师范生课堂参与度尚可,但课前预习和课后反思环节仍有较大进步空间;小学教育专 业师范生创新能力处于中等水平,其中创新能力的行为特征得分最高,而创新知识构建得分最 低;小学教育专业学生的课堂参与度与创新能力的知识构建、行为特征、性格特征以及创新思 维呈显著正相关,其中与行为特征的正相关程度最高。因此,需要通过全面提升师范生课堂参 与度来提高其创新能力。
英文摘要:
      The study applied a non-experimental,correlational design and used survey responses from 440 randomly select? ed undergraduates who major in elementary education in a local normal university to explore the relationship between classroom engagement and creativity of these students. The findings have showed the following aspects:first,most of the students tend to take an active part in the class,but the parts of preview and self-reflection still have the scope for improvement;second,the stu? dents tend to have an average level of creative ability,among which their score in behavior features ranks highest while that in cre? ative knowledge building ranks lowest;and third,there exists a positive correlation between their engagement in class and their creativity in knowledge building,in behavior features,in personalities and in innovative thinking,among which,the highest cor? relation coefficient can be found between their engagement in class and their creativity in behavior features. Therefore,students’ class engagement should be fully improved to increase their creativity.
