      社会资本是推动农村教师专业发展的重要支持性条件。田野考察发现:当前农村 教师的社会关系网络结构不佳,信任关系质量不高,专业互惠规范性较差,社会资本认知失调 严重。由此可见,农村教师专业发展缺乏必要的社会保障和支持。基于此,在关系网络结构优 化方面,应不断完善农村师资配置,建立专业互动共同体;在信任关系质量提升方面,应重构农 村教师的社会信任,建立专业发展的信任合作文化;在专业互惠规范完善方面,应强化互惠规 范理念,建立互动捆绑机制,追加专业支持成本;在社会资本认知升级方面,应重视对社会资本 价值的引领,搭建合作竞争平台。
英文摘要:
      Social capital is an important supporting condition for promoting the professional development of rural teachers. The results of the field investigation show that rural teachers tend to have no good social network structure,their quality of trust is not high,there exists a lack of good norms of professional reciprocity,and there is a severe imbalance in the cognition of social capital. From this,it can be seen that there exists a lack of necessary social security and support for rural teachers’professional development. Based on this,in terms of the optimization of network structure of relations,we should continuously improve the al? location of rural teachers and establish a professional interactive community;in terms of the better quality of trust,the social trust of rural teachers should be reconstructed and a culture of trust and cooperation for professional development should be estab? lished;in terms of better professional reciprocity norms,the value of reciprocity should be emphasized,interactive binding mech? anisms should be established,and professional support costs should be increased;and in terms of the cognition of social capital, we should pay attention to the guidance of social capital value and build a platform for cooperation and competition.
