      运用现代新技术赋能义务教育优质均衡发展监测,是建设高标准监测体系的内在研究秉持教育神经科学这一研究视域,对上海市 10 个区的 150 名中小学艺术教师进行审美素养调查。结果发现,绝大部分艺术教师比较重视自身从业的实践技能,但是对艺术学科高质量教学中教师审美素养的理解和认识还有待提升。综合调查结果与教育神经科学研究视域的考量,文章提出了艺术教师审美素养提升的实践构想,得出聚焦执业能力、夯实“基础品格”、重组学生“艺术脑”、提升教师“发展能力”等启示。这些启示对于挖掘新时期艺术教师的专业潜能,推动艺术教师在新课程实施中的科学性、能动性与创造性等,具有重要的参考价值。
英文摘要:
      This study conducted a survey on aesthetic quality among 150 primary and secondary school art teachers in ten districts of Shanghai from the perspective of educational neuroscience. It has been found that the majority of art teachers paid more attention to their own practical skills. However,their understanding of art teachers’aesthetic quality in high-quality teach? ing in art education remains to be improved. Inspired by these findings and the perspectives of educational neuroscience,this pa? per puts forward some practical ideas of improving art teachers’aesthetic quality,and finds such inspirations as focusing on prac? ticing ability,consolidating "basic character",reorganizing students’“artistic brain”,and improving teachers’“development ability”. These inspirations have important reference values for tapping the professional potential of art teachers in the new era and promoting their scientific nature,initiative,and creativity in the implementation of the new curriculum.
