      The background of“double innovation”requires corresponding changes in the way of high school education，and the creation and development of a teacher research community provides corresponding guarantees for improving teacher profession? al development，exerting the effectiveness of curriculum education，and implementing the fundamental task of moral education. The organizational form，external environment and dynamic system of the teaching and research community all construct its cultur? al ecology；its development goals，institutional guarantees，and construction paths are important factors in its construction；its practical form consists of the carriers of courses，classrooms，and topics with development as its practical direction.
