      定量实验对学生的化学思维能力、综合分析能力、动手操作能力等都有较高的要求。但由于教学时间有限,在常规教学中不允许过多地插入拓展的内容。而且,许多实验教学内容的拓展都有其独立性,不同的学生学习基础也有所差异,如果能将一个大的内容分成一个个小的拓展课题(实验微课)组合成系列,供学生选修,就可以实现实验教学内容的拓展,适合学生自主地探究、实验和提高学习兴趣。文章以食醋中总酸含量的测定为例,针对该实验设计了三个微课并进行拓展与延伸。微课程从一定程度上拓宽了课堂的时空,将学习化学从课堂内延伸到课堂外。

      Students are supposed to develop advanced thinking, analytical and hands-on skills so as to do quantitative experiments while learning chemistry. But since time is quite limited, teachers may find it hard to help them practice the skills with supplementary contents. Many contents are different from one another and students’ capabilities also vary. If they can be divided and dealt with in a series of mini-lessons for students to take, that will be more adaptive. Students can enjoy more freedom for independent learning and exploration, which may further arouse their interest in the subject. The paper involves three mini-lessons designed for the experiment on the determination of total acid content in vinegar, based on which more is discussed about extensive and after-class learning. To some extent, mini-lessons are extension of classroom teaching.
