      特定而适度的情绪反应是从事教师职业所必须具备的,教师的工作需要情绪,而且还要能够调节并控制好情绪。当前对于教师情绪管理的理论研究已经逐步深入,但是其在实践过程中的指导意义不是很明显。教师在实践过程中由于不能很好地控制自己的情绪而对学生和自身带来的身心伤害事件也是层出不穷。在这些事件中尤其以小学教师所占比例较高。基于此,对于培养小学教师的小学教育专业学生而言,有必要对教师情绪管理的实践意义以及其指导性进行分析,以便使其能够更好地为小学教育专业学生的情绪培养作出指导。
英文摘要:
      Certain and moderate emotion is supposed to be engaged in the teaching profession.Emotion is needed in a teaching process ,and teachers are supposed to be able to adjust and control emotions. Though the current theoretical research for teachers’ emotion management has been completing, its practical guiding significance in the process of teaching is not very obvious. Due to the lack of ability to better control their emotions, teachers are subject to the psychological and physical injuries. The same is true with their students. Especially, these events are more likely to be found on primary school teachers. Based on this, in order to give guidance for emotional cultivation for students majoring in primary school teaching in the process of cultivating primary school teachers, it is necessary to have an analysis of the practical significance and the process of primary school teachers’ emotion management.
